新911 緊急服務合約 / NEW 911 Service Agreement
泰爾斯數碼電話所新提供的 911 服務,是屬於基本型 911,並僅適用於在固定 「 服務區內」 使用的用戶。

「 服務區內」 的用戶是指,目前泰爾斯有提供區域號碼(Area Code) 的加拿大地區。登記與變更 911地址是免費的。
當您用數碼電話撥打911 時,您的電話將首先會被轉接到 24 小時的服務中心,該服務中心的接線生會再按照您所登記的地址,轉接到您附近的緊急救助單位。如果您所登記的 911 報案地址,不是屬於我們的服務區內, 或是您將數碼電話移到其他地區使用的話,911 功能將無法正常使用,也無法為您提供緊急援助。

您必須要了解,提供正確的 911 地址並且隨時按實際情況加以更新,將是您的責任,您可以在登入 WWW.ALLDAYTALK.com 的用戶服務櫃台後,自行更新您的新911 地址,更新後的911地址必須等至少 2-3 天後才能生效。如果您帶著數碼電話旅行,或是將數碼電話帶離固定 「 服務區內」, 服務中心將無法知道您的確實地址,也無法提供您 911 的緊急救助服務。 數碼電話用戶也有可能碰到電話服務中斷的現象,原因可能包括停電、Internet 斷線、系統或設備故障等等各種不同的原因,當數碼電話服務中斷時,911 的緊急服務也將無法正常使用。

您了解數碼電話有斷線及設備故障的風險,並且同意不論是直接或是間接的任何原因而導致 911 服務不工作情況,因此而發生的一切意外及任何損失,泰爾斯及其所屬的所有成員都不需負擔任何法律責任,您也同意不會對泰爾斯及其所屬的所有成員提出任何訴訟行為。
Basic 911 Service is offered to Alldaytalk customers in the “Area of Service.”

The “Area of Service” is defined as all locations where Alldaytalk local access numbers are provided in Canada.

When you dial 911 from your Alldaytalk phone you will be transferred to an operator for assistance. The operator will have your municipal address on file as per our records and direct your call to the local authorities based on your municipal address. If your municipal address is not in the Area of Service, 911 service may not operate properly or may not be able to help you.

It is your responsibility to ensure we have your correct municipal address and if you move or change your municipal address to update your correct address by logging into your account on our website. If you are traveling with your Alldaytalk device, 911 service may not operate properly or may not be able to help you. From you regular landline phone when you dial 911, the operator knows your physical location and can send the authorities based on the location of the physical phone line. This is not the case with the Alldaytalk phone service. Alldaytalk customers can have service outages due to problems with their Internet Service Provider (ISP), Power failure, suspension of account due to billing or payment issues, and intermittent network failure. If there is a service outage, 911 service will not be functional. Set up and update 911 address is free. Please also allow at least 3 days for new address to become effectively.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT TIEUS ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND UNDERLYING CARRIERS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY, ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF, OR RELATING TO THE 911 SERVICE RELATED TO ALLDAYTALK AND YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS TIEUS (AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND UNDERLYING CARRIERS) FOR ANY LIABILITIES, CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES AND EXPENSES, (INCLUDING REASONABLE LEGAL FEES AND EXPENSES) WHICH YOU MAY SUFFER OR INCUR, ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR FAILURE TO OBTAIN.

Service Outage – You can have a Service outage due to problems with Your Internet Service Provider (ISP’s), Power failure in the area, Suspension of Account, and Intermittent Network failure. If there is a Service outage, such outage will affect all services including 911 services.
